Lookbook

On the Gecko demo, you see Lookbook feature show on the blog page.

Please follow the instructions below to understand how to configure it.

Step 1: Create the Lookbook section

You can go to the home page and find the Lookbook section you created before you want to show it on blog posts, product pages, or pages as a shortcode.

If you haven't created a lookbook section before, you can go to Theme sections > Add section > Lookbook Single or the other lookbook sections and confugure for it as you want.

Step 2: Get the shortcode of the lookbook

Please go to the Lookbook section and find the DESIGN OPTIONS , you will see the 'Hidden section' and 'Show copy shortcode' option.

• Hidden Section: This option allows you to hide section on the home page but still make them visible on blog posts, product pages, and pages as shortcodes. It is really important for you.

• Show copy shortcode: Turn on this section and click the Copy Shortcode button to copy the shortcode of this lookbook section.

Step 3: How to show the lookbook

You can paste the short code in the position that you want. For example, if you want to show it on the blog post,

You can go to Shopify Admin > Blog posts > Choose the blog post that you want to show the lookbook and click to Show HTML in the content of the blog post. Copy and paste the shortcode into the location where you want it to appear >Save

Then, you can click on View to see the result.
