Go to Pages > Add new page
 Go to Theme settings > Contact Us Page
1 -  Pages Heading Background
Background: You can select properties for: Background Repeat, Background Size, Background Attachment & Background Position, Background Overlay.
Background Image: Select image from libraries.

2 -  Google Map
Use Google Map?: Tick on if you want to show Google Map.
Latitude & Longitude: Enter coordinates of address which you want to show on google map.
Icon: Select icon from libraries. And can use this service to get your coodinates of your location.
Style(JSON): You can find more Google Maps styles on the website: Explores Styles to get JSON code.
Result:
3 -  Social
Show social media icons: Add accounts in Social media section.
Share button type: You can choose style Share or Follow.
